Phillies Weekend Preview: vs Nats
Even though the Phillies have been so hot over the past 10 games, they can’t make up any ground on the Braves and are still sitting at 2.5 games back. They got a bit of a lead in the wild card and could use a good showing this weekend against Washington to strenghten their lead.

Philly’s First Look at Strasburg May Have to Wait
As the schedule was playing out, it looked like the Phillies and their fans were going to get their first look at Stephen Strasburg this Sunday in the closing game of their series with the Nationals. That all changed when he missed his start last night due to inflamation in his shoulder.
