Can We Cover the Cowboys?
Last season the Cowboys embarrassed the Eagles… THREE TIMES IN A ROW. I hope next season is different however I feel like the Cowboys offense got better and the Eagles defense made the attempt to get better but still has a lot of question marks.
The last game of the regular season, Tony Romo threw for over 300 yards and 2 touchdowns. Crayton, Austin, and Witten all destroyed our coverage (all of them had over 70 yards receiving). In the playoff game we saw the Cowboys put up 34 points…easily. Romo threw for close to 250 yards and 2 more touchdowns. Miles Austin caught 7 passes for 82 yards and a touchdown. Mosely Against the Eagles
Whenever I’m on ESPN.com I navigate my way to the NFL page, and then I check out the NFC East blog portion of the site. Matt Mosely takes care of the writing. This week, the only NFC East team that he has winning is the Dallas Cowboys. It’s interesting because this week the, as you all know, the Cowboys are facing none other than our Philadelphia Eagles.
